I want something fast

I posted this on the other boards but thought I might also post it here for anyone who might be interested in getting started in the Saltwater Hobby but couldn't afford to get started.
He is an opportunity to get some very nice stuff at a freaking awesome price. I have some years under my belt with this stuff so I can walk you through if you are unsure. Mind you this is not everything thing you need but it is a large chunk. To buy both the light and the tank seperate and new would be a little over 600 bucks.

I have an unused custom Acrylic tank with internal overflow, eurobracing, and two holes drilled for 3/4" bulkheads in the top of the Euro brace. This tank was supposed to be my grow out tank for my 30 gallon but came in litterally 3 months too late. It has never seen water, is still wrapped in it's cling wrap plastic and the specs are 20"x18"x12".

It was ordered to be a grow out tank for my old system and has yet to even be taken out of the wrapper.
Figuring that 1 cubic inch =.00433 gallons I calculate the volume of the tank to be roughly 18.77 Gallons of water volume.

I Paid 350 bucks for it but will sell it for $200

Also up for grabs is the light that I had planned to keep to use over the grow out tank.

The Light:
150 Watt DE Aqua Medic Aquaspace Light Metal Halide Pendant with a brand new Phoenix 14K Bulb (Disclaimer see the below pictures and story). Comes with hanging kit and original instructions.
Asking $175.00

Now, I had a potential buyer call me the day before my wedding and ask to look at the tank and light. I told him I was firm on the price and he insisted that he wanted both for what I offered and said he would come to my house to pick it up.
I moved everything from my basement up to the garage and after looking at the tank, and falling in love with it and the light I began to help him get it into his car. As he looked at the light again he called the deal off because the bulb on the Aquaspace light sits to the side so that the unit can house both the ballast and the bulb. His statement was that he wanted a unit that didn't need any jerry rigging to get to work which I could not understand because he was aware of the way the light was arranged before he got there and had already explained to me that he was using it as a grow out tank so he "was not really particular about the light so long as everything worked and was a plug and play."
So I am including a picture of what the light looks like so there is no question. I was very frustrated with this gentleman as he had wasted my valuable time the day before my wedding and then thought it necessary to try and haggle me down for just the tank.

Here is the deal.
If you buy both I will sell both the tank and the light for 300 bucks even and through in a bag of arragonite sand and what ever remaining parts and pieces I still have left. If you want both together I will go to 300 plus shipping if you are not near Auburn or Atlanta area.

See the descriptions above if you would like either item separate
